West High, Regina Hold Spots in Girls Cross Country Rankings

Regina and West High each held their spots in the latest girls cross country rankings released Tuesday by the Iowa Association of Track Coaches.

Both Regina and West High are fourth in their respective classes.

West High is fourth in the Class 4A rankings behind top-ranked Johnston, Waukee and Dubuque Hempstead.

Regina is fourth in Class 1A trailing top-ranked Logan-Magnolia, Lansing Kee and Hudson.

Solon climbed four spots to No. 10 in the Class 3A rankings while City High climbed one spot to No. 11 in Class 4A.

Also in Class 4A Liberty High dropped two spots to No. 13.

Other top-ranked teams include Dubuque Wahlert in Class 3A and Mid-Prairie in Class 2A>
