Clear Creek Amana fell to Center Point-Urbana 58-53 on Friday in a WAMAC West Division matchup in Tiffin.

Nolan Schwarting led Clear Creek Amana with 14 points, seven rebounds and six assists as the Clippers dropped to 3-2 on the season.

Center Point-Urbana improved to 3-4 with its second consecutive win.

Tyler Schrepfer had 11 points and Kaden McAreavy added 10 for the Clippers.

Regina Pulls Away From Northeast

Regina used a 20-point four quarter to pull away for a 60-48 win over Northeast in a River Valley Conference cross-divisional matchup in Goose Lake.

Masen Miller scored a game-high 23 points as Regina improved to 5-1 on the season and 5-1 in RVC play.

Northeast dropped to 3-4 on the season and 3-3 in conference contests.

Miller had four assists, three rebounds and three assists to go with his 23 points while senior Bryce Barnett added 17 points and four assists.

Ashton Cook had 12 points on 4-of-4 shooting while Alec Wick added five rebounds, five assists and four steals.

West Branch Stays Perfect With Win at Bellevue

West Branch remained undefeated on the season with a 68-35 win over Bellevue on Friday in a River Valley Conference cross-divisional matchup in Bellevue.

Beau Cornwell scored a game-high 26 points and grabbed nine rebounds as West Branch improved to 7-0 on the season and 7-0 in RVC play.

Bellevue dropped to 2-5 on the season and 1-4 in RVC play.

Ted Bridges had 10 points and five rebounds for West Branch while Brady Lukavsky added four points, six assists and three steals.

Freshman Thomas Gould had eight points and eight rebounds for West Branch.
